  1. Work with homeowners to properly price their home based on current market conditions. Our goal is to sell your home for the most money, in the shortest time.
  2. 10+ pictures taken of the home to be used on various online sites and in print.
  3. Submit listing to Multi-List service for 100% coverage with all Brokerages.
  4. Create an interactive listing website for your home based on the address. An example would be www.3916wBuckskin.com.
  5. Newspaper Advertising: My advertising is geared to attract buyers for your home.
    1. Your home will be advertised at all time in at least one or more of the advertising venues I use. You will not have to wait your turn in rotation, as most Brokers require.
  6. Personally answer all incoming calls about your home. Our calls will not be answered by part-time or agents not familiar with your home like some brokerages.
  7. It will also be placed on multiple Internet sites and listing sites with 6+ pictures and a description of the home. Realtor.com adds ALL homes that are entered into a Multiple Listing Service and that’s good enough for me. I will ensure your home is on all available sites such as:
    1. Realtor.com
    2. RE/MAX.com
    3. Googlebase.com
    4. Craigslist.com
    5. Trulia.com
    6. HomeGain.com
    7. All of my websites
  8. Professional feature flyers will be placed in home within 3-days of listing date.
  9. A professional home book will be created and in the home within 7 days of listing date.
  10. Just listed cards will be created and mailed to homeowners near your home.
  11. Just listed cards will be mailed to communities with home prices of 30-50% less then your home to attract move-up buyers.
  12. A highly noticeable RE/MAX sign will be placed in front of the home and directional signs will be placed at the main road, where allowed.
  13. Create home business cards to be handed out by Sellers and in home for open house and showings.
  14. Setup agent tours of your home to bring agents into your home for a preview.
  15. Your home will be featured in our monthly newsletter that goes out to current clients, past clients, people we know and agents throughout the country.
  16. I will help you decide if minor repairs or redecorating would help sell your home in less time. Some minor repairs can help bring much higher offers.
  17. Extensive use of CHECKLISTS to ensure that everything happens in a timely manner, I leave nothing to chance.
  18. Constant follow-up with you to ensure you know exactly what is happening behind the scenes. These contacts will consist of showing activities, advertising, other marketing and market conditions.
  19. Reverse prospect search in MLS to actively find agents with buyers for your home.
  20. Help separate the lookers from the buyers, therefore saving you time and grief from people that aren't ready and able to buy.
  21. I will hold open houses on a regular basis if requested by Seller. Open houses not to exceed one every 2 weeks.
